Shipping is available within the United Kingdom and Ireland ONLY.
Order Processing
Lead times vary depending on product type and availability. All shipments are typically handled via a standard UK courier service.

Return & Refund Policy
Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for incorrect ordering or change in product requirements. All returns must be inspected upon arrival.
If instruments are found to be defective, they will be covered under warranty, provided the defect is confirmed by AMETEK Brookfield.
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, with all components intact and packaged in the original packaging.
Replacement packaging and internal foam inserts can be purchased if the original materials are unavailable.
Restocking fee of 15% chargeable to all non-warranty returns.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed.
If additional information is required, the customer service team will contact you before finalizing the refund.
Exchanges
Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for a replacement.
AMETEK (GB) Ltd and the UK Centre of Excellence are not responsible for any damage or failure resulting from (misuse of the equipment, negligence, incorrect installation, improper handling)

Shipping Costs
For returns due to ordering errors or changes in preference, the sender is responsible for shipping costs.
For items deemed defective or covered under warranty, AMETEK Brookfield will cover return shipping.
AMETEK Brookfield cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
